REFUND & CANCELLATION

1. General Policy

At DA SPORTZ, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Refunds

• Items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the product.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel an order before it is dispatched or picked up.
• For stringing services, cancellations are allowed before the racket is handed over or work is initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed stringing and other personalized services are not eligible for a refund.
• Discounted items and clearance stock are final sale unless defective.
